At Godby Family of Home Services we put all perspective employees through a series of pre-employment screenings. These screenings are put in place in order ensure we hire the best of the best.
 
1. We give aptitude tests to each new prospect based on the  department to which they have applied.
2. We perform a complete and thorough bureau of motor vehicles background check on each new candidate.
3. We drug screen all future employees.
4. All of our employees wear company uniforms.
5. We have monthly safety meetings to ensure we meet all OSHA regulations.
6. We have continuing education for all departments.
7. Godby is a member of MICCS - Metro Indianapolis Coalition of Construction Safety.
